The course is both theoretical and practical and has two objectives: First, it seeks to analyze the historic relevance of leadership as a concept for the understanding of theoretical perspectives and their evolution. By the end of the course, the student should be able to understand the links between leadership and current developments in people management and human behavior in organizations as well as to identify the primary management abilities related to leadership in organizations. Second, it aspires to help the participants to develop their leadership abilities by assessing and monitoring the evolution of their leadership competencies during the course through teamwork and with the help of their teammates

Dear Students
As I mentioned on the first day of class, you will participate in a Leadership Competencies Assessment. You will receive a link to a Google form to evaluate your teammates in 5 leadership competencies.
https://forms.gle/8rRXCfArf7ghuvuG8
Here is a format for you to evaluate your teammates' FIVE (5) Leadership Competencies.
Please read each statement carefully and choose the level of development you perceive in your teammate's behavior. Complete the evaluation page for ALL Teammates, ONE FORMAT PER TEAMMATE (For example: if your teammates are Maria, Pedro, and Jose, you need to fill one format for Maria, one for Pedro, and one for Jose) and send them by May 18th, the latest. Try to do an objective evaluation and be constructively critical so that your teammates can have a clear idea of their strengths and areas that they require some improvement.
Regards
Prof. Britta
