The course aims to provide the students with theoretical knowledge of Leadership and its relevance as a concept and opportunities to apply this knowledge in analyzing, understanding, and solving problems in the modern business world and developing their leadership competencies.

1. Each team must develop a SWOT, CANVA and the Core competencies  for  the assigned case.

2. Read the two Job Descriptions corresponding to your business case.
•Review the “core competencies” your team formulated for your business.
3. Review the competencies posted as TEXTS on the UV:
– Competencies, Why they matter
 - List of Key Competencies
–The Top 10 Skills That Will Get You a Job When You Graduate
4. For each of the two positions referred to in the Job Description, assign 4-5 Key Competencies and the levels necessary.
•Two should DERIVE FROM THE CORE COMPETENCIES YOUR TEAM DETERMINED FOR YOUR BUSINESS CASE.
•The rest should be specific to the position.
•Think up and/or invent any Key Competencies you may feel are required but not on either list.
