(a)   Concept Brief short report

1 Page Concept Brief upload to UEVirtual (This should NOT be identical to the text you prepare for the elevator pitch). The concept Brief should be a summary of the problem, who has this problem, how big the problem is and how your solution meets this problem, how the customer benefits and why it is a good business opportunity.

The Concept Brief should ideally contain the following information:

  • A description of your team’s idea.
  • What problem is it solving?
  • Some quantification or size of the problem you identify.
  • Who is my typical target customer and how does the idea meet their needs and behaviors?
  • A description of the product or service we are providing?
  • How the idea is a business opportunity?

The Concept Brief will form the basis of your group’s Start-up Project Business CANVAS.
